Terms of service
All merchandise is sold "as-is," with no warranties or guarantees unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of sale. It is the Customer’s responsibility to evaluate the appliance's condition before purchase.
Warranty coverage: Some appliances may be eligible for an optional third-party warranty or limited in-house warranty. If applicable, warranty coverage will be clearly outlined on the sales invoice Claims must be made directly with the warranty provider. No warranty applies unless documented in writing at the time of sale.
Merchandise shipped at buyers risk: All items shipped or delivered are transported at the Customer’s own risk. The Company is not liable for: Shipping delays Lost or stolen items Damage incurred during transit The Customer is responsible for filing claims with the carrier in the event of damage or loss during delivery.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of sale unless otherwise agreed in writing. All balances must be paid in full before delivery or pickup
Delivery Disclaimer: Delivery is to main floor only unless specified otherwise The Company is not responsible for any damage caused during delivery or installation not performed by The Appliance Plug Incorporated staff The Customer must ensure the path to the delivery area is accessible and safe
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing from The Appliance Plug Incorporated, the Customer acknowledges and accepts all of the above terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
